In this video we take you behind the scenes through the 6 stages of baseball glove production.
Stage 1: Mold Cut - Your order is assigned to a craftsman who will gather the materials and cut the Glove leather parts from the hide. Leather stampings will be applied.
Stage 2: Embroidery - Custom text, logos, additional graphics, and flags are stitched into the Glove.
Stage 3: Stitching - Individual parts are stitched together to form your Glove.
Stage 4: Forming - Glove is laced, then shaped and formed to pro spec.
Stage 5: Quality Checks - Glove is reviewed for quality and order accuracy by our QC team.
Stage 6: Preparing for Shipment - Your glove has begun the shipment process.
