If you don’t have your Order Number available, please Contact Us and provide the shipping address used on your order so we can lookup your order number / status.
Due to different production schedules at our factories, multiple custom items from the same order will not ship together. You will receive separate tracking information directly from the carrier for each Custom Product once it ships from our warehouse. This applies to 2 or more Custom Gloves on the same order as well as 2 or more Custom Bats on the same order – it is unlikely they will ship together at the same time so please look for each updated tracking as it is provided.
